Been a carnivore my whole life! Never did I think I’d become a vegan. I’ve been going on a vegan meal plan for the last 3 weeks. It’s been an easy transition with the meal prepping Hennessy did! She took out the stress in prepping, counting calories, and giving me the many food options. For the last few months I was feeling sluggish, bloated, and it was affecting my mood.  I’ve lost 8lbs. and I’ve been feeling a lot better mentally and physically after my meal plan. Not sure what the future holds but just by my physical, spiritual, and mental change I’m definitely going to continue working with Hennessy on my vegan diet! “Here’s to Mother Earth! Thank you a Hennessy!!


Thank you so much for keeping me accountable. I have learned that I can eat a lot and still take in a little bit of calories . I actually like asparagus, cauliflower, and zucchini. It has caused me to think outside the box with veggies.
