The first thing you want to ask yourself, is why? Why do you, want to quit in the first place?

I’m making a point not to quit something just because it’s hard. If it is something leading you in the right direction you should continue. Look at the overall picture. What is the benefit of you quitting? Absolutely nothing. What is the benefit of you continuing? Virtually everything.

HINT

The test of time will challenge your thirst for success. It works both ways. Either the test of time, will ware on you making you less motivated or, the test of time will have you on a quest to become more success driven. The choice is yours to make the best decision possible. Your future is bright if you keep on going. The Egyptians and Syrians took forever making sculptures that everyone now travels to see. Those sculptures have a place in the history books. Do you think when the Egyptians and Syrians first started making sculptures that they were perfect? Not at all. That did not stop them from continuing to learn how to create something we can refer to this day as a masterpiece. The point is not to quit when purpose is involved. You may not visualize it yet but, you will as time unfolds.

————————————————————————————————————————————

In a nut shell people may not see your vision as you do and when that happens, do not get discouraged. Don’t quit, instead keep building and slowly keep things in motion. Make all the right moves. Along the way you may struggle. There will be many tests. Some you will pass and some you will fail. Know this, one advantage of passing is you know what works. One advantage from failing is you know what doesn’t. Apply what you have learned from both scenarios and see how much further you climb to the next chapter of growth.

We have all been here before. In fact some of us are still fighting this illness to this day. Depression effects everything around you and sometimes it seems virtually impossible, to keep a positive outlook of where your life is headed knowing that this feeling exists. You may become hermit crab, living in a shell. Not excited to do anything. Just completely out of it every single day. You may not want to be bothered with the likes of anyone including even some close family members or friends.

Let me introduce you to something you might already know but, need to hear it from someone like myself. Trust me it is not easy to say, no matter what or whom caused you to feel like you can’t go on. This feeling is a big emotional thought, that can be redirected and changed. It all starts with your thinking process. The way you view and scope the issue or issues that you are facing.

The turn of events starts with you and the sooner you completely understand that the easier it becomes to grasp. One step at a time. Remember everything that was built was not built in a day. Life is filled with test’s that never end. No need to become overwhelmed. Their is much reward with passing each test.

Happiness is key and needed for you to keep going throughout life.

• Start paying attention and valuing what you have instead of what you do not have.

• Block out the unwanted stress and negativity.

• Concentrate on things that will bring you joy.

• Do not let anyone dictate what you can and cannot do be your authentic self.

• Know that nothing lasts forever, including depression.

Hint:

If you or someone you know has this problem fighting depression help. No one successful person, did it all by themselves. Everyone needs help.

Hint:

Having a partner holding you accountable goes a very long way and will help with the progression of moving in a positive direction is one of the many options.

First, I wrote about More Than Muscle. Then it rolled into Excuses Excuses. Now, this topic is about Sacrifice. These three subjects are all related to one another. If you haven’t read More Than Muscle and Excuses Excuses I highly recommend doing so. They are both a great read to grasp the understanding on how we lead up to discussing sacrifice.

Sacrificing usually means giving up something. It’s human to think we are sacrificing something that we love. Honestly that does not need to necessarily happen. Rearranging your schedule does need to happen along with the willingness to do so. Sometimes it’s hard to change our routine but, little by little practicing this scope of change will become the new routine we follow.

The first thing is to recognize what needs to be changed, rearranged, no longer of importance or sacrificed. Once determined, the process becomes clearer. Second, fill in that goal you want to accomplish in that area of time you set aside or rearranged your schedule especially for. Third, be consistent with completing your goal and your new arrangement. Making that adjustment, knowing what needs to be changed and consistency is your keys to success.

Incorporating those adjustments can be challenging to get a custom to. Like everything in life repetition is key. The more it’s done over and over again, the easier the adjustment becomes.

This is when you will see the most improvements in your life. This brings fourth more confidence, most importantly better health and happiness.
